Processing Time
All orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or special releases, processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you informed!

Shipping Time & Carrier

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days, depending on location

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or local postal services with tracking included on all orders.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders – check our homepage for current offers!

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if there’s an issue with your order (damaged item, wrong product received, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly!
